Flood determinations to identify if any insurable structures are located within high-risk flood zones areas, also known as a Special Flood Hazard Area Subject to Inundation by the 1% Chance Annual Flood (SFHA), also referred to as the 100-Year Floodplain, can be provided at the lump sum cost of $90 per determination. These determinations can be used by mortgage lenders in determining flood risk and insurance requirements for building loans and include the following documentation:

A property specific FIRMette showing the location of the property and any relevant flood hazard areas in the vicinity;

A completed Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form (SHFHF); and,

A copy of any current Letter of Map Change (LOMC), if applicable.
